Model, blogger and LA girl about town Hanna Beth gives us an insight into her signature super hot style
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
Rock n' roll glitter punk with a boho chic edge.
WE'RE OBSESSED WITH YOUR PERFECT POUT! TELL US WHAT'S IN YOUR MAKE-UP BAG
I am obsessed with everything from the brand NARS. I use the lipstick pencils and Laguna bronzer, Urban Decay's gold glitter gel, Benefit highlight beam and MAC's liquid black eye liner.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE FASHION SCENE IN LA?
LA doesn't really have the best fashion once you have visited places like London and Tokyo, it's hard to compare. Some people in LA though have a bit of an edge, mixing vintage with new, a bit of a 90'2 inspiration, rave scene everyone is so different though.. it's hard to describe.. ha ha.
WHERE ARE YOUR FAVE LA HANGOUTS?
I love going to the cinema! Arclight is my favourite but the new Beverly cinema plays tons of old classics like Pretty in Pink & True Romance. If I’m in the mood to go dancing my favourite LA night spots are Bootsy Bellows, AV and Hooray Henry's.
TELL US AN LA SECRET MUST-SEE
Definitely check out Ameoba as it's one of the sickest record shops I have ever been to, I could spend hours in there! If you're looking to get some rad Japanese 3D nails you have to try Marie Nails or ES nails. My favourite sushi spot is in Sherman oaks, little iza kaya, I go there about three times a week.
WHERE IS YOUR FAVE CITY/DESTINATION AND WHY?
Tokyo! I love everything about it, from the fashion to the food! It's like living in a cartoon.
WHICH CITY HAVE YOU NEVER VISITED BUT WOULD LOVE TO?
I want to go to Paris. I know it's cliché but I feel like everyone should go once.
WHO ARE YOUR STYLE ICONS?
Edie Sedgwick, David Bowie and Vivienne Westwood.
IF YOU’RE IN A RUSH TO GET READY TO GO OUT, WHAT IS YOUR GO-TO OUTFIT?
A simple baby doll dress and some creepers or Dr. Martens.
WHEN IT COMES TO FASHION WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
Everything… from music to movies to people, I don't really like looking at blogs or Tumblrs. I like find inspiration elsewhere. I love everything and anything vintage, I feel like I belong in the sixties at Warhol's factory or in the late seventies London punk scene!
