If you place an order on our website before 3pm (UK Time) we will endeavour to dispatch your goods the same working day. Any orders placed after the 3pm deadline, or at weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. You will also receive confirmation of your Royal Mail Tracking Reference Number.
Please note, parcels cannot be left in a safe place as a signature is required upon delivery. In the event that there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card notifying you that they have taken the parcel back to your local depot.
UK Standard 1st Recorded Delivery – Deliveries are usually made within 3 working days after dispatch. You will be able to track progress of your order through the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com with the tracking reference number provided. The cost of Standard 1st Class Recorded Delivery is £3.95.
UK Next Day Recorded Delivery – Next Day Delivery is available to most areas within the UK (excluding the Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland). If you place an order on our website before 3pm we will endeavour to dispatch your goods the same working day, and the parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail the following working day. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver this service at weekends. Any orders placed after the 3pm deadline, or at weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day. The cost of UK Next Day delivery is £5.95.
ORDERS AMOUNTING TO OVER £75 WILL RECEIVE FREE STANDARD UK RECORDED DELIVERY.
UK Recorded Saturday Delivery – Saturday Delivery is available to most areas within the UK (excluding the Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland). If you place an order on our website on Friday before 3pm we will endeavour to dispatch your goods the same working day, and the parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail by Special Delivery on Saturday morning. Any orders placed after the 3pm deadline, or at weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day. The cost of UK Saturday Delivery is £10.00.
Republic of Ireland – Deliveries are usually made within 3 – 5 working days after dispatch. You will be able to track progress of your order through the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com. The cost of Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland is £7.95.
Your order will be shipped from the UK by Royal Mail. Once your parcel arrives in your Country, it will be handed to your own postal service for delivery.

For any large orders, an additional shipping cost will be quoted.
We can ship to virtually any address in the World. Please note that shipping rates for many larger orders may be subject to an additional shipping fee, quotes will be calculated individually. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Any Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination Country. These charges (if any) must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from Country to Country; if you have any concerns at all, then you should contact your local Customs office.
DO WE SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?
We are unable to deliver to P O Box addresses. We can only deliver to your permanent residential address, or your place of work. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at your place of work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods and sign for the parcel.
In the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from MotelRocks.com, you can simply return the items to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch (with exception made for customers outside of the UK), in its original, saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached.
To return an item to us simply log onto to your MotelRocks account online, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the "My Account" menu, and click "Return Item(s)" button.
Please note that you will need to have access to a printer whilst completing your online return (to print off your returns form and pre-paid UK address label). If you do not have a printer to hand, then please write the Freepost address provided at the end of the returns process on a piece of paper, and affix this to your parcel prior to taking it to the Post Office (we advise you to hold on to the receipt Royal Mail provide you with as this is your proof of return).
Please do not return any items to us without first logging into our automated Returns system and following the instructions to register your return online. Any returns made without following this procedure will not be accepted into the warehouse, but will be rejected and returned to you.
We will notify you by email once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
All items will be inspected upon return.
Please allow 10 - 14 working days from the receipt of your returned item(s) for us to process a refund. The timescale is dictated by your bank/cardholder and this is outside of our control.
Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase – we are unable to refund to another card.
If you are outside of our 14 day returns policy, it is with regret that we cannot refund, but will offer an exchange or store credit as long as you contact us within 21 days of the date of dispatch.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following the receipt of your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing within 7 working days by following the Returns procedure online, and you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them prior to return. You must return the item(s) to us in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel.
Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will not accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
