If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in there original condition within
14 days and we will issue a refund, or exchange the item for a different size colour if preferred.. Items must be unworn,
unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached. Sale items and items bought with the use
of a discount code are non-refundable.

If you need to return an item: simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My
Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please do not return any items without first obtaining a RAN (Returns
Authorisation Number) on-line. The authorised RAN must be clearly displayed on the front of the parcel before
returning to us
. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Faulty/wrongly supplied items: Please contact the Motel Customer Services quoting your order number, the details of the
product, reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with
the return. You have 30 days from reciept of the faulty or wrong supplied items to return them to us.

Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deoderant which may leave a
scent or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these
instructions have not been followed.

UK Delivery: We do not process/ship items on the weekend so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday.
Please note that while first class delivery (standard recorded delivery-royal mail) usually ships next business day, the
arrival time is not guaranteed so please allow 2-5 day working days. If you need a guaranteed fast arrival you may
purchase upgraded shipping options at an additional charge at the checkout. Please ensure that if you require ‘Next Day’
delivery service that your order is placed online before 11:30am. Orders placed before 11:30am will be shipped the same day
wherever possible - Any orders placed after the 11:30 deadline will be shipped from our warehouse the following working
day.  Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please select your shipping destination at the
checkout Please also note that the shipping rates for many larger orders will be charged extra for delivery, quotes will be
calculated indevidually. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the
next full pound.
