FULL TIME- ECOMMERCE ADMINISTRATOR-Worcester  

We are looking for an organised and sociable individual to join the small team to help with the administration of our websites. The ideal candidate should have a high level of attention to detail, able to spot and rectify mistakes, fill out missing information where necessary and use their logic skills to troubleshoot simple website presentation issues. They should be hard working and passionate about e-commerce and able to work as a part of a team and show strong initiative in problem solving. Ideal candidate will need:

 

Main duties and responsibilities

The role will include but not limited to.

  • Filling out product specifications and assigning the relevant subcategories
  • Online Visual Merchandising
  • Managing digital content on all online channels, ensuring everything is uploaded and merchandised on time.
  • Content creation for product listings. Writing unique product descriptions and other product specifications and upload to multiple online marketplaces.
  • Optimising product information
  • Building Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads across all regions.
  • Responding and managing DM’s on social platforms.
  • Building weekly company reports for the E-commerce Manager

 

Skills required

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to self-manage and meet targets.
  • Competent in Microsoft office, including excel and word.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Strong interest in fashion
  • E-commerce experience preferably Shopify back-office knowledge.
  • Copywriting to be handled with a high level of competency in English grammar and punctuation.
  • Ad build on Facebook and TikTok Ads manager preferable but not essential.
  • Marketplace experience with companies similar to Zalando.

UK Sample Development Assistant- LONDON based

Role Summary

The role of a UK Sample Development Assistant is to support the sample development process at Motel which entails ensuring the right product is placed with the right supplier in a timely process, achieving product of good quality that meets margin. You will be responsible for driving out the European process with the head of sample development, working closely with the buying team. Knowledge of the fitting process is vital. You will mainly be caretaking the sample and Critical path management day to day, and problem solving, again working closely with the team. A well rounded knowledge of fabrics, across jersey, woven, knitwear, outerwear would be beneficial.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Create hand over for factories
  • Manage the sample timeline for designated factories
  • Fit the samples and send fit comments to the factory
  • Price negotiations
  • Keep all spreadsheets / slides up to date 
  • Communicate sample status with the development and buy team

     

    Special Requirements

    • A good understanding of latest fashion trend, and of Motel fashion.
    • At least 2 years experience working in a development department at a womenswear label.
    • Key computer skills - excel & illustrator
    • Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns and manufacturing methods.
    • Knowledge of different fabrics
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Efficiently work within a fast paced environment which requires great work ethic and flexibility.
    • Ability to communicate with a professional and positive attitude in house and with suppliers and manufacturers.
    • Willingness to participate and excel within a team environment.

      SOCIAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

      Role Summary

      We’re hiring a full time, permanent Social and Marketing Executive to sit in our creative marketing team. This position is located in our BALI office. Relocation flights and working visa will be provided for this role. 

      This is a marketing executive role with a creative/social media spin. We need you to be super organised, have a great eye for creativity but be able to execute the
      marketing plan and social advertising plan with a strong digital focus.

       

      What you will be doing

         -   Managing our Tiktok and instagram advert request sheet. Liaising with graphic designers, Tiktok creatives and the influencer team to pull the content together for ads.
         -   Brief in creative copy for adverts
         -   Assigning product for gifting and influencers that are used throughout content
         -   Social media competitor reports
         -   Constant updating of the tone of voice bank for the business
         -   Build organic social media weekly report
         -   Assist on photo shoots creating content when needed
         -   Executing the overarching marketing strategy and assist in dividing this up per site (UK, USA, EURO and AUS)
         -   Creative gifting briefs for influencers
         -   Creation of marketing decks, briefs, ideation and brand activity
         -   Add to marketing ideas and brand ideas documents
         -   Sometimes you will need to be ordering gifting product for influencers
         -   Assist in all areas of marketing, support on key tasks, marketing admin; directly reporting into our Head of Creative Marketing


      What you will need

         -   A good understanding of social media
         -   Some experience in how paid ads work. You wont need to build any ads from a digital perspective, but a knowledge of how ads work would be very useful
         -   To be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
         -   Be super organised, driven and passionate 
         -   Be a fun and happy asset to our Bali team
         -   At least 1-2 years relevant marketing / social media experience (fashion industry experience preferable but not essential)

      BRAND ADMIN ASSISTANT

      Full time role, based from our Shoreditch office

      Role Summary

      The role will be varied and dependant on both day-to-day workloads supporting our Head of Brand as well as any larger scale brand projects that are in progress. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into fashion retail at an administrative assistant level as you will be exposed to all the different elements of the business.

      We are looking for an easy going, self-motivated, highly organised who will be an excellent multitasker whilst being a great brand ambassador for Motel.

       

      What you will be doing

         -   Executive Assistant to Head of Brand * Includes brand Diary / Calendar / Expense Management
         -   Support with the day-to-day tasks of the wider brand team as well as provide administrative support
         -   Deliver and assist in the creation of brand presentation decks + reports
         -   Administratively support in the planning and execution of brand plans such as trips, events, influencer collaborations
         -   Support with travel requests and bookings for the brand teams
         -   Maintain contact lists
         -   Ordering and tracking of supplies, materials for brand activations and PR send outs
         -   Working with the graphics team on sourcing creative props and materials.
         -   Working closely with the accounts team on processing invoices and POs
         -   Track and report brand spends
         -   Approve office + packaging supplies and research new deals and suppliers
         -   Work with the finance department to ensure all reported costs are accurate and invoices are coded appropriately
         -   Submit and reconcile expense reports for wider team

       

      What you will need

         -   Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle an ever-changing workload within a fast-paced environment
         -   Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with internal and external clients
         -   Ability to create PowerPoint / Keynote Presentations
         -   Strong administrative background
         -   Good attention to detail with a methodical approach
         -   Strong numerical skills 
         -   Good user knowledge of Word and Outlook package
         -   Strong user knowledge of Excel / Spreadsheet
