Social Competition Terms & Conditions

How to Enter 

• The competition will start on Wednesday 5th November and end on Sunday 16th November at midnight. We will announce the winner on **INSERT DATE* via the official Motel Rock's Instagram account. 
• To enter, participants must tag @motelrocks or DM images of themselves using their party stickers on a night out to Motel Rock's instagram account (@motelrocks). The best sticker placement will win a £100 voucher to shop for their party outfits. 
• All entrees must apply on Motel Rock's instagram account only.  
• All entries must be over the age of 18

One winner from Instagram will be chosen from all entries and contacted via direct message from Motel's official Instagram account. Motel Rock’s decision is final. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable and are to be used on your local Motel storefront only. Motel Rocks reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

• Motel Rocks may use information relating to the competition for marketing or promotional purposes, including use of the winner's name and likeness. Personal information of entrants will always be used in accordance with Motel Rocks’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.motelrocks.com/pages/privacy-policy. Motel will be announcing the winners on our Instagram account page via Instagram story. 
• Motel Rocks’s registered address is Unit 2, Wainwright Road, Berkeley Business Park, Worcester, WR4 9FN.
• The competition is governed by English law in the English jurisdiction.
• The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any other Social Media platform.
• Directors, officers, and employees (or any of their direct relatives) of Motel Rocks, or any other person or party involved in organisation of the competition are not eligible to enter into this competition or claim the prize.
• By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of Motel Rocks, which are final in all matters relating to the prizes. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Motel Rocks is not responsible for any loss or damage associated with you entering into these terms and conditions, prize draw, or the provision of any aspect of the prize or any act or omission of any other person or party, and all warranties, conditions and representations (of any kind) not expressly set out in these terms and conditions are hereby excluded (except in the case of fraud).
• Motel Rocks may terminate these terms and conditions and the competition if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions or if any circumstances beyond Motel Rocks’ reasonable control prevent or restrict Motel Rocks or any other person or party from providing the prize or any aspect of the prize.
