Our story began during a road trip in the 1990s, where our founders, Will and Andy, travelled across America collecting vintage items while living out of motels. They started purchasing vintage clothing in the USA and selling it wholesale, which eventually led to the creation of stores. From there, they began designing reworked vintage pieces, and thus, Motel was born.

Over 30 years and a team of 200+ people later, every piece of clothing we make is created with the same spirit of fun, freedom and adventure as the road trip that first defined the brand. We’re still ambitious and independent, but now we’re a global team - we work from an operational base in Worcester, a design studio in London and a creative studio in Bali.

BENDI TRUCK DRIVER

We have an opportunity for a Forklift Truck (Bendi) Driver to join the friendly team on a permanent basis at our warehouse in Worcester. Reporting to the Shift Manager as part of the Goods In team, you’ll help keep warehouse operations running safely, smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bendi truck operative duties
• Warehouse operative duties
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
• Execute warehouse processes with precision and adherence.
• Follow all company safety rules and practices
• Responsible for a daily checklist of bendi truck and racking
• Stacking and organising pallets and other items within the warehouse
• Must have attention to detail
• Operating a Bendi truck to transport goods throughout the warehouse

ABOUT YOU

• Possession of bendi truck license
• Self-motivation and pro-active attitude
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
