Position: Customer Service Administrator
Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Location: Worcester


Customer service advisors are required to deal with customers requests and help resolve customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat. Duties also include handling parcels and items within the warehouse to help solve customer enquiries.


  • Engage with customers via multiple platforms in a friendly and professional manner whilst actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company policies
  • Have a good knowledge of the company policies and procedures and be able to work independently to solve customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Be confident working in a fast paced environment with phone calls and live chat
  • Customer order amendments using company systems


  • IT competent and willing to learn new and company specific systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good timekeeping
  • Be confident in talking to customers across multiple platforms
  • Be able to handle challenging customers and complaints in a calm and professional manner across multiple platforms
  • Be a team player with a helpful, flexible and positive approach to the role
  • Ability to identify, investigate and solve problems under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
